Mile High United Way Covid 19 Response

Comedy 103.1 and the Mile High United Way are here for you during this uncertain time in our lives.

Mile High United Way is addressing our community’s most critical needs during this time. Learn more about the ways give and volunteer to support our community members impacted by the outbreak.

If you need assistance, you can call 2-1-1 anytime to find out which organizations are here to help you and your family.

If you are a first responder or a healthcare worker and you are in need of childcare, you can call 2-1-1 and ask about the Emergency Childcare Collaborative.  The Mile High United Way has connected families with childcare providers placing over 2,200 children so far.

The Mile High United Way has also launched a  Volunteer Response Program specifically addressing the rising needs from local shelters and other non-profits as it relates to COVID-19. In the first day they had over 850 volunteer shifts requested by local shelters and non-profits, and more requests for in-kind donations and volunteer support are coming in every day.
